I'm a wife, mom of two, and a nurse with over 24 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how powerful a positive relationship with food can be in supporting overall wellness. This passion led me to work in a medically supervised weight loss program for nearly nine years, where I helped many people make lasting changes to their habits, mindset, and health.
Now, as a health and life wellness coach, I specialize in mindful and emotional eating, helping clients recognize true hunger, break free from emotional eating patterns, and develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. I support those who want to feel more in control of their eating, improve their overall well-being, and achieve sustainable weight loss without restrictive diets.
